Juror's Overall Comments:
What a terrific show! There was very strong work in all media, though oils and mixed media stood out for me. I also found many treasures in watercolor and ceramics.
In general, the quality of the work was excellent. It was difficult to edit all the submitted entries; even the rejected work had merit.
My goal, as I saw it, was to make sure that there was no over-emphasis of one dominant subject matter, esthetic, medium or style.
Many thanks to the NAA for inviting me to jury a very talented group of Seacoast artists. Thank you also Jury Committee for your enthusiasm and excellent organization.
