In April 2004, David Grover traveled to Haiti with Partners in Development (PID), a non-profit organization that helps to build medical facilities in third-world countries. While there, David served as the official photographer for the trip. His goal was to take photographs that told the stories of the people he met. "When people look at my portraits from Haiti, I want them to see that each person's face tells a story -- of their life, and their heart. For many of these people, each day is a struggle."
David's show will present 25 original images, many of which have never been seen before. They will be presented on canvas. David graduated from the Hallmark Institute of Photography in 2002. He specializes in commercial photography, portrait photography, and digital imaging. He lives in Bradford, Massachusetts with his wife, Brenda.
