Nancy Jarvis holds a BFA in Painting from Boston University and a successful executive career in health care.   Painting mostly in Plein Aire in the summer months, Nancy can frequently be seen painting in and around the Newbury and Newburyport areas and has sold paintings right from the easel.  Working mainly in oil, her pastels and life drawings should not to be missed.  Nancy is a member and has taught drawing classes at the Newburyport Art Association.

Although new to photography, Rachel McManus has the eye of a seasoned professional. Her work captures light and brings a sculptural feel to a 2 dimensional medium where the  ordinary becomes extraordinary.  At times her photographs exhibit a painterly quality which enables the work of both artists to complement each other in this show.
