MEET THE INSTRUCTORS
|
J.C. Airoldi studied at Mass. College of Art & Parsons School of Design. Having a successful career as an illustrator & designer; she now displays fine art in various New England galleries.
Alan Bull earned his BFA at the Philadelphia College of Art & specializes in boldly painted images of local landscapes. His work has appeared in Architectural Digest, The New York Times & in public/private collections in the US & Europe.
Bill Duke is a nationally known artist/illustrator and former Senior Creative Director for Hasbro Toys.
Susan Fader attended Rhode Island School of Design and graduated from Philadelphia College of Art with a bachelor of Fine Art degree. Upon graduation, Susan headed the advertising department of a large retail chain before opening her own agency, Design Studio Two in 1980.
Based in the Philadelphia market, her design firm specialized in design for consumer brands such as Campbell Soup Company, Whitman Chocolates and others. In 1989 Susan sold her interest in her agency and went into the marketing and promotions industry where she sold products and services to large pharmaceutical companies becoming one of the top performers in the $20 million agency that employed her.
Susan has kept her interest in Fine Art working in Chinese watercolor, traditional western fine art, decorative furniture painting, and wall murals, In 1999 Susan established Cushion /Art, Fine Art for Your Furniture. Susan has won many awards for her work which was also included in Art in Bloom at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston. Most recently, Susan was selected for a 30 minute segment about her work by cable television station, HGTV.
Currently Susan, in addition to working as an art marketing coach (www.myartmarketingcoach.com), owns and manages Ditto Editions, Fine Art Giclée Printmakers (www. dittoeditions.com) with her husband, Nick Fader.
Kevin Shea is a fulltime professional artist bringing 20 years experience to his instruction in painting outdoors. His work displayed nationally with the American Artists Professional League & Salmagundi Club. He’s featured in numerous publications, on CNN and is represented by six New England galleries.
